Day 1 & 2 kathmandu

Namaste! Welcome to Kathmandu, where history, culture, and energy await. Explore three UNESCO sites: Boudhanath Stupa, sacred Pashupatinath Temple, and historic Durbar Square. Stroll through bustling markets and ancient streets, soaking in the city’s vibrant charm. An unforgettable journey into Nepal’s rich heritage begins—immerse yourself in its magic!

Day 3 Phakding

Fly to Lukla, then hike through lush pine forests, steep gorges, and swaying suspension bridges to Phakding (8,562 ft/2,610 m). The trail buzzes with trekkers, offering lively encounters. Wildflowers and rushing rivers create an alpine feel, making this the greenest, most vibrant stretch of your Himalayan adventure.

Day 4 & 5 Namche Bazaar

Today, you’ll ascend to the heart of the Everest Base Camp trail: Namche Bazaar. This bustling mountain town is perfect for picking up any last-minute essentials, relaxing in lively hiker cafés, and soaking in breathtaking views of Khumbila, the sacred “God of Khumbu” peak. Acclimatize by hiking high and sleeping low. The Khunde and Khumjung Loop is ideal, leading you through hidden Sherpa villages and ancient Buddhist stupas.

Day 6 Namche Bazaar – Phakding – Lukla

Today, you retrace your steps from Namche Bazaar back to Lukla. Although it’s the same trail, the journey feels different, offering new perspectives along the way. The path winds through open plains, vibrant rhododendron groves, and pine forests, with distant views of snow-capped peaks adding to the scenery. As you pass through Sherpa villages, you’re immersed in the rich Buddhist culture—prayer stones, prayer flags, and quiet moments of devotion speak volumes about their deep-rooted faith. Upon arriving in Lukla, you stretch your tired legs and reflect on the incredible experiences of the past few days. Overnight at a mountain lodge in Lukla.

Day 7 Kathmandu

In the morning, you’ll take a short flight from Lukla, marking both the beginning and end of your journey. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. Take some time to relax or enjoy some last-minute shopping in the city. In the evening, we invite you to a special farewell dinner at one of the finest Nepalese restaurants in town, where we’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback about the trip. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 8 Leave Kathmandu

Conclude your journey through Kathmandu as you drive to Kathmandu airport.
